Insurance Manager

As a Technical Manager in property and asset insurance Insurance Manager As a Technical Manager in property and asset insurance, you will strengthen the Bulle team and provide high-level technical support in the management of property and asset claims (buildings, property, techniques, civil liability, etc.). You ensure rigorous management of claims requiring specialized expertise, in direct contact with insurers, clients, and internal teams. Insurance Manager Your missions Claim management Manage a portfolio of claims in the relevant branches autonomously; Coordinate claims with companies, businesses, and clients; Ensure claim follow-up / proactive reminders and support for our clients with insurance companies; Manage, verify, and transmit insurance company and client documents; Verify the accuracy of calculations; Advise clients by phone and/or email; Manage delegated property and international claims for our local policies; Provide technical training to clients; Be responsible for quality and documentary traceability; Present claim audits to clients; Update our computer tools (Brokers, M-Files, Power BI, etc.) according to directives; Other administrative tasks on request; Transversal support & expertise Provide technical support to internal management teams on complex claim files; Support concerned employees during audit establishment, specific missions, or meeting preparation; Participate in the drafting of framework contract management and collective solutions; Be a recognized contact person for companies, experts, and partners; Accompany client advisors; Ensure optimization of coverage based on claim experience; Gather necessary information, establish calls for tenders, and comparative coverage in support of concerned employees; Training and development Contribute to knowledge transmission through internal seminars or training; Participate in technical presentations for clients or prospects; Your profile Higher education in the field of insurance, or equivalent, with AFA certificate; Confirmed experience in property and asset claim management; Mastery of office tools and insurance management software (such as Brokers, M-Files, MS Office, etc.); Excellent ability to popularize technical subjects, rigor, autonomy; Relational ease and team spirit; Very good command of French and English; Workplace: Bulle Why join us?
