Test Manager 80-100%

The Test Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all testing activities within the programme. The role ensures the quality of end-to-end business processes across multiple Business Units, applications system interfaces and is accountable for ensuring testing readiness for a successful go-live.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall test strategy, including testing processes, governance and quality standards
• Plan and manage the complete testing lifecycle (SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression, and Smoke Testing)
• Coordinate cross-functional end-to-end testing and ensure comprehensive coverage of business-critical processes
• Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, resource planning and test environment coordination
• Manage the defect management process, including prioritisation, tracking and coordination of defect resolution
• Prepare test status reports, KPIs, risk assessments and provide input to Go/No-Go decisions
• Collaborate closely with Business, Product Management, Development, QA, and other internal and external stakeholders
