Your tasks: Proactive support of partners in administrative and organizational matters Planning and organization of meetings, events, lectures, and trips Case management, incl. telephone contact with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders as well as correspondence in German and English Invoicing and expense accounting Editing and revising of contract documents, resolutions, memoranda, and legal documents Creation and design of presentations for internal and external purposes Structured deadline control and prioritization You have very good German and English language skills (additional foreign languages an advantage) as well as a flair for IT applications (MS Office, Legal Tech). You have a commercial basic training with a federal certificate of competence (E/M profile) or a comparable education, ideally with several years of professional experience, preferably in a law firm. Your proactive approach and networked thinking are reflected in your precise, independent work style.
