To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as Head of Finance with federal diploma (50-80%) starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks In this important position, you will work closely with a well-coordinated team and take responsibility for finance and accounting. Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and financial accounting Processing of payment transactions as well as monitoring of liquidity Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Preparation of key figures, evaluations and reports for the management Budgeting and forecast creation as well as liquidity and financial planning Preparation of VAT returns as well as tax declarations Ensuring efficient use of our ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Participation in the further development and optimization of processes and digital workflows Deputizing for the Head of Personnel Administration and support in selected HR processes What you bring with you Federal diploma in finance and accounting or comparable further training Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting Independent, structured and reliable way of working Analytical thinking skills and high affinity for numbers Good IT skills and confident handling of Microsoft Office applications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage Enjoyment of a broad range of tasks in an SME environment Team player and responsible personality with a hands-on mentality What we offer you A long-term key position with high personal responsibility A broad and varied range of tasks in a successful SME Short decision-making paths and direct exchange with the management Modern working equipment and progressive employment conditions Flexible working hours in a collegial working environment The opportunity to actively shape and further develop processes Interested?
