Spa Manager– Guernerés Résidence, Grimentz Join our team this summer and make our wellness space shine for the 2026/27 winter season! Nestled in the heart of Val d’Anniviers, Guernerés is a warm and welcoming establishment, offering an exceptional setting between mountains and preserved nature. To complete our team, we are looking for a passionate and dynamic Spa Manager, ready to provide our clients with a unique wellness experience. Your missions : • Manage and develop our spa, ensuring a high-end experience for our clients. • Manage, train and motivate the wellness team (therapists, beauticians, spa receptionists). • Design and implement treatment offers and protocols in accordance with market trends. • Ensure the operational and administrative management of the spa (planning, stocks, supplier relations). • Ensure the profitability and performance of the spa through an effective commercial strategy. • Guarantee irreproachable customer service and build client loyalty. Profile sought : • Proven experience in spa management, ideally in high-end hospitality. • Management skills and natural leadership. • Excellent mastery of wellness treatments and cosmetic products. • Sense of service, spirit of initiative and creativity. • Good command of French and English (German is a plus).
