Our services are provided by a network of nursing micro-teams, operating autonomously and agilely, and distributed within 3 regions: Areuse, Doubs and Seyon. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for: Life assistants 50-80%, in CDI Your mission: You perform hygiene and comfort care, family assistance and household assistance at the home of persons presenting a state of physical or mental dependence or a disability. Your responsibilities: • Provide care services to the client according to care objectives (administration of various medications/treatments and basic care) • Support the client in activities of daily living • Establish a relationship of trust with the client and their surroundings and encourage autonomy • Actively participate in exchange and collaboration within the micro-team Your profile: • Croix-Rouge health assistant training or a title deemed equivalent • Experience in the field of home care or geriatrics, an asset • Knowledge of standard IT tools and comfortable with health software • Ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary manner • Sense of responsibility and organization • Interpersonal skills and empathy • Possess a driver's license We offer you • The opportunity to actively contribute to the success of our mission • A very complete integration plan, including many training sessions and quality support • A right to a minimum of five days of optional training per year, with access to a varied offer within the NOMAD catalogue and the CCT21 • A vehicle under certain conditions with advantageous rates • Conditions offered by the Collective Labour Agreement (CCT Santé 21) Workplaces • Areuse region: Boudry & Travers • Doubs region: La Chaux-de-Fonds • Seyon region: Peseux Conditions • Start date: Immediately or to be agreed • Type of contract: Indefinite duration contract (CDI) Why join us? ## At NOMAD, you contribute concretely to meeting the needs of the population, develop your skills in the field and participate in varied, human and quality services.
