For our Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy, we are looking for you, by arrangement, as Senior Physician / Senior Physician 80-100% In the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Dr. med. Bernardon), children and adolescents up to the age of 18 are treated. The clinic's integrated range of treatment services includes an outpatient sector with a central outpatient clinic as well as four outpatient clinics distributed across the canton, a consultation and liaison service, and an inpatient sector with an acute ward, two psychotherapy wards, a day clinic, and a clinic school. The teams consist of clinical specialists from the fields of medicine, psychology, nursing, and social pedagogy, and in the clinic school, teachers and special education teachers. The Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy is a teaching hospital of the University of Zurich and a certified Category A training facility. Profile You possess a specialist title in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH or a MEBEKO-recognized equivalent training and corresponding professional experience You enjoy leading interdisciplinary teams, possess leadership experience, and ideally have also pursued further training in this area You possess empathy and assertiveness and are characterized by self-competence, resilience, and very good communication skills and manners You act in a patient- and team-oriented manner and, thanks to your analytical and human skills, maintain an overview and remain capable of action even in complex situations Tasks As center management, you assume overall personnel and professional leadership and ensure the organization and development of the services You represent the institutional topics from the center within the clinic management and support the further development of the overall clinic's services You participate in specialist committees, projects, and working groups of the PDAG and, in cooperation with the clinic management, shape public relations work In cooperation with the members of the clinic management, you are responsible for achieving quality and performance targets You participate in the clinic's continuing education program and the student course according to the requirements as a teaching hospital and the criteria as a Category A training facility You participate in the specialist physician on-call service of the KJP Benefits Our employees are the heart of our company.
