On behalf of one of our clients, based in Lausanne, we are looking for a Project Development Manager (M/F) Your future responsibilities: You will pilot and coordinate interior architecture projects in the development and/or execution phase, ensuring respect for quality, cost and deadline objectives. You will develop, develop and monitor project files (plans, technical details, tenders and execution documents) using ArchiCAD. You will coordinate the different stakeholders (clients, contractors, specialists and companies) and ensure smooth communication throughout the project. You will supervise the technical and administrative monitoring of projects, ensuring the conformity of proposed solutions and their feasibility. Your profile: You have an Architect HES, EPFL, EPFZ or equivalent degree You have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar position within a general/total company on Swiss territory. Project from A to Z. You have a sensitivity for sustainable development You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and regulations regarding workplace safety. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL ...) is also desired.
