Physioswiss, the Swiss Physiotherapy Association, is one of the largest professional associations in the healthcare sector. It brings together more than 12'000 members distributed across 16 cantonal and regional associations and thus commits itself to an entire profession indispensable to the health of the Swiss population.

Are you an experienced manager in the field of communication and do you wish to take charge of the communication for Physioswiss? We are looking for someone like you for our headquarters in Berne starting from 1 January 2027.

Your area of responsibility

In this high-responsibility function, you will lead the Communication department and, as a member of the management, you will actively participate in the strategic development of Physioswiss. Your missions will include:

• Develop and implement the communication strategy of Physioswiss, as well as lead the communication team
• Strategic development and management of social networks
• Design and implementation of other effective communication measures (publications, website) as well as the communicational support for projects and events
• Maintaining relations with the media, preferred interlocutor for media requests and responsibility for crisis communication
• Selection and management of agencies and external providers, as well as collaboration with the public relations managers of the cantonal and regional associations
• Monitoring relevant themes and trends in the field of health and the associative world

Your Profile

• You hold a university degree (bachelor's and/or master's) and can demonstrate several years of professional experience in corporate communication, including management experience
• You write content with an irreproachable style, adapted to the target audience and the distribution channel, even under time pressure
• You master the media and digital tools and you are knowledgeable in social networks and other communication channels
• You demonstrate a keen sense of implementation and service, while maintaining an overview, and you impress with your strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and action
• You are capable of managing different tasks and different projects simultaneously and moving them forward with an emphasis on results
• German or French is your mother tongue; you master the other language at least at level B2
