The médecine 4 unit is a general medicine unit in acute care specializing in the management of patients suffering from strokes. The Cerebrovascular Unit was the first unit certified in Suisse romande. Its specialized and multidisciplinary team welcomes this type of patients 24h a day and 7j a week. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Assistant in Community Nursing and Health at 80% Your missions: • Accompany and supplement, autonomously, the patient in their activities of daily living according to their needs, habits and values • Collaborate in the collection of data and perceive the health potential and resources of patients and their relatives, promote their maintenance and encourage their development • Respect the established care plan, as well as the criteria of safety, efficiency, economy and comfort of persons • Collaborate, with the nurse, in the management of stable patients • Accompany patients and their relatives in crisis and end-of-life situations • Contribute to the improvement of the quality of care • Maintain order and hygiene in the environment of patients and in the unit in general • Ensure the management of material • Contribute, with the nurse, to initiating, following and closing patient data in computerized care records Your profile: • Holder of a CFC d’ASSC • Experience in acute care • Experience in neurology, an asset • Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules • Good knowledge of usual office tools Your skills: • Ability to organize one's work autonomously • Flexibility, availability and capacity to adapt • Anticipation and sense of initiative, ability to propose • Management of stress and unforeseen events • Dynamism and open-mindedness • Ease in working in a multidisciplinary manner Additional information: • Workplace: site de Pourtalès • Start of function: from 1.10.2026 or to be agreed in an indefinite term contract • Information: M.
