Your area of responsibility

• Psychological support at the interface of school and family systems
• Counseling and support for children, adolescents, parents, teachers, classes, and other parties involved in the school regarding school and educational issues
• Psychodiagnostics in connection with school-related and development-related issues (school career, potential analyses, behavior, compensation for disadvantages, etc.)
• Counseling and support for children and adolescents with learning, performance, and behavioral abnormalities
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists and institutions

Your profile

• Completed university or higher education degree (Master) with a major in psychology
• Knowledge and practical experience in child and adolescent/school psychology and/or teaching activity
• Ability to work with complex systems and moderate processes
• Familiarity with current school development and educational issues
• Resilience, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Readiness for committed teamwork
