Junior Mandate Manager Fiduciary 60-100% with Federal Diploma or in training

Our client is a modern, established fiduciary company.

Your tasks

• In this role, you will become an important technical support for the management. You will take on responsibility, ensure quality, and can actively contribute your own know-how
• Review of work from other clerks and ensuring technical quality
• Independent management and closing of smaller fiduciary mandates
• Customer accounting and preparation of financial statements
• Management of payroll mandates; payroll accounting as well as payroll administration
• VAT
• Management of tax mandates (natural as well as legal tax returns)
• Consultations and participation in meetings
• Support with more demanding mandates
• Technical contact person for colleagues
• Relief for the Managing Director in daily operational business
• Opportunity to gradually take on and expand more of your own mandate responsibility
• Active participation in further expansion, the further development of workflows and processes

Your profile

• Federal Diploma in Fiduciary or a corresponding further education that you are currently completing or planning to complete
• Some years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector and in the independent preparation of financial statements
• Experience in review tasks
• Joy in numbers, quality, and independent work
• You work independently, reliably, and with a pronounced demand for quality
• Sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
• Joy in providing technical support to others and reviewing work constructively
• An uncomplicated, entrepreneurial-minded personality
• Your ideal age: 28-45 years
