Workshop Manager Joinery (m/f/d)

Introduction

For our client, a company in the field of joinery, timber construction, and interior fittings, we are looking for an experienced personality as a Workshop Manager Joinery (m/f/d). In this function, you combine leadership responsibility with active participation in production. You ensure that processes, quality, and deadlines are correct and support the team with versatile carpentry work.

Tasks

• Planning and coordination of production processes in the joinery
• Leadership and technical support of the workshop team
• Scheduling of employees, machines, and resources
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and occupational safety
• Link between office, production, and other internal departments
• Active participation in the manufacture of interior fittings, furniture, doors, kitchens, and custom designs
• Support in the training of apprentices and in the further development of processes

Profile

• Completed training as Schreiner/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in joinery or interior fittings
• Experience in a leadership role is an advantage
• Further training, e.g., as a production specialist, is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good MS Office skills
• Responsible, flexible, and solution-oriented personality with leadership competence
