Its clients include over 35 well-known NGOs. The service includes multimedia stand and door-to-door advertising, telephone fundraising, donor data management, lettershop, as well as strategic and conceptual consulting. Currently, approx. 70 employees work in the offices in Lausanne, Bellinzona and Zürich and around 1,500 employees work in the field per year. To reinforce our telephony team, we are looking for a new motivated trilingual Call Agent 30-50% (w/m/d) as of mid-August 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks Initial telephone contact with applicants (predominantly outbound, occasionally inbound) Assessment of suitability of applicants and invitation to interviews Processing of application emails Scheduling appointments with applicants Maintenance and updating of applicant data as well as corrections in the system Your profile You speak fluent German and are business fluent in French and Italian. You have experience in the communications industry, in sales or in telemarketing.
