Care Specialist or Health Specialist (50% to 80%) for Assisted Living At the Stiftung Hirsacker, over 60 employees currently work, accompanying 25 people with support needs. Care Specialist or Health Specialist (50% to 80%) for Assisted Living These are your tasks You will design the daily routine together with the clients, support them in their individual development, and enable social participation You will support the clients in achieving individual goals You will actively participate in the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of individual and group activities You will be a contact person and ensure contact with guardians and third parties You will be involved in project groups and take on administrative tasks You will work in care and support in the social sector / disability care and contribute to a high quality of life in assisted living This is your profile You have completed training as a Care Specialist (FaBe) or Health Specialist (FaGe) You have experience in accompanying people with challenging behavior, ideally also with people from the autism spectrum You are flexible and willing to take on shifts, also at night and on weekends You have good spoken and written German skills You ideally have a driver's license (category B) This is special about this position – we offer We are a manageable organization with short decision-making paths and an appreciative work climate – with us, you can actively help shape and bring in your ideas.
