Our partner is an organization operating in the automation technology and electrical connection sector. It operates a large-scale production site hosting more than 400 employees in a demanding and highly regulated technical environment. Currently, the site is looking for a partner capable of supporting the entire organization in the deployment of safety standards, the management of complex industrial risks, and the animation of an authentic preventive culture.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You guarantee compliance with EHS requirements across the entire site, ensuring the safety of employees, facilities, and equipment through regular field inspections and rigorous controls
• You act as a reference for fire protection, critical emergency situations, machine safety, and specific physical risks
• You carry out in-depth risk analyses, define relevant prevention measures, and support their operational implementation and monitoring in the field
• You organize and coordinate emergency and fire drills, structure first aid teams, and manage critical situations in close collaboration with local authorities
• You drive the safety cultural transformation by advising and supporting each department in the development of a strong, sustainable, and embodied preventive culture shared by all

You offer your new employer

• You have a CFC in a technical field (mechanics, electricity, electronics, installations) or training deemed equivalent, constituting the solid foundation of your operational skills
• You have significant experience in an industrial environment, with a clear demonstration of a strong interest in occupational safety, prevention, and multidimensional risk management
• You possess fire protection safety officer training, ideally supplemented by first aider training
• You have a solid command of French and a solid knowledge of German or English, facilitating regulatory and inter-institutional communication
• You embody the essential behavioral qualities: constructive proactivity, solution-oriented pragmatism, the ability to convince, to influence, and to interact respectfully with all organizational levels
