Your tasks:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (ventilation monoblocks, boilers, heat pumps, sanitary, and other HVAC installations) in shift work
• Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations
• Management of subcontracted work
• Compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work
• Intervening in a controlled environment, adjusting temperature, humidity and overpressure
• Maintaining operating files, intervention reports, operating reports up to date
• Participation in improvement projects

Your profile:

• Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in French, English is a plus
• Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites
• Very good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Highly developed sense of customer service
• Good resistance to stress and flexibility
