Your main responsibilities : • Drafting lease agreements and establishing addenda in collaboration with the manager ; • Checking tenant files ; • Following the processing of standard terminations ; • Ensuring the transmission of information to owners. Your profile : • CFC as a commercial employee, ideally in a real estate agency ; • First successful experience in the administrative sector ; • Mastery of the German language indispensable ; • Good writing skills and spelling ; • Good capacities for understanding, adaptation and analysis ; • Precise, proactive, rigorous and autonomous ; • Pleasant character with a good team spirit ; • Mastery of standard IT tools, notably Excel.
