Time for a professional change? ###

• You advise and support families, children, adolescents, and adults in the area of voluntary and economic social assistance
• You lead clients toward social and professional integration
• You work with clients to develop a basis for cooperation at eye level that takes their living environments and life stories into account

Can you answer the following questions with YES? ###

• Do you enjoy working with people of diverse backgrounds?
• Do you encounter people in difficult life situations with professional empathy?
• Do you have a degree in Social Work at tertiary level (FH, HF, or university) or an equivalent qualification and ideally bring experience in statutory social assistance?
• Are you brave enough to use the existing margins in social assistance in favor of your clients with a view to a sustainable transition?
• Do you like being part of an innovative organization that is currently implementing the project «Reduktion der Falllast»?
