Project Manager Construction -------------------- Your tasks: • Responsible project management function in client representation and support of renovation and conversion projects of various magnitudes (CHF 200'000 to 10 Mio.) • Support of construction projects from condition assessment through planning to implementation as well as guarantee acceptance • Ensuring quality, deadline, and cost-effective realization of the projects • Coordination of planners, contractors, specialist departments, and authorities as well as structured project and construction site organization • Responsibility for budgets, deadlines, and costs as well as participation in applications and decision-making bases • Preparation of quarterly figures as well as coordination in Abacus • Communication with contractors and authorities • Examination / processing / creation of settlement-wide topics and administrative tasks • Preparation and presentation of applications for construction commissions and committees • Management of construction documentation and archiving Your profile: • Completed training in construction (e.g., construction manager, structural draughtsman, technician HF, civil engineer, architect, or manual basic profession with further training) • Several years of experience in construction management, project management, client representation, or project support is an advantage • Technical construction understanding with special interest in renovation and conversion projects • Structured, independent, precise, and reliable way of working with a high sense of quality and responsibility • Clear, binding, and empathetic communication • Good sense for different stakeholders and confident appearance • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good Excel skills Why us?
