Employee Service & Barista

You have experience in service, love contact with people and remain calm even when all tables are occupied at the same time? We are looking for someone to support our team in service, lend a hand and have the desire to give our guests a good time with us. Start of employment: from mid-July or by agreement. What you do: • You greet our guests and ensure that they feel at ease with us. • You take orders, serve breakfast, lunch as well as coffee and cake. • You keep your focus, even when many orders come in at the same time, and prioritize tasks in the dining area independently. • You prepare drinks and keep order behind the counter. • You support us in keeping the dining area clean and cozy. What you bring: • You have experience in service and know what it means when a lot is going on in the café. • You thrive when the café is really bustling. Multitasking is not a foreign word to you. • You work in a structured way and see for yourself where a hand is needed. • You are flexible in terms of time and willing to work during the week, on weekends and on holidays – depending on where we need support. • Barista skills are an advantage. What to expect: • A workload of 40 to 70%. • Salary according to L-GAV (depending on experience) plus a share of tips. • A café run by owners with a lot of heart and soul, where the two owners Remi & Emma work together every day.
