To complete its team, the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Geosciences and Environment is looking for an assistant for Research, Communication and Quality (RCQ). Your role will consist of actively supporting the activities of the Vice-Dean RCQ by ensuring effective and structured coordination of technical, research and human resources. You will also contribute to prospective monitoring, the development of support activities as well as the promotion of the Faculty's initiatives. Assistant for Research, Communication and Quality (RCQ) Your activities Ensure the conduct of the Faculty's external affairs in coordination with the various central services of UNIL Develop and animate an outreach policy Coordinate the development, communication and promotion of faculty research Supervise the quality processes of the Faculty Conduct and organize the administrative affairs and human resources of the research, quality, communication department Organize the technical resources of the Faculty Your profile University-level education (or equivalent) Training in public administration (or equivalent experience) Training in management and personnel leadership (or equivalent experience) Five years of administrative management experience with responsibilities Skills in planning and organizational sense Managerial skills in projects and teams Sense of responsibility Good command of English desired jpid14ad8e6jm jpit0833jm jpiy26jm
