Your responsibilities
As Branch Manager, you will direct our Bedano location, taking full operational and strategic responsibility, managing it with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and strategic vision.
Your scope of responsibility includes:

• Management, coordination, and development of personnel as well as operational coordination of the entire branch
• Management, coordination, and development of our subcontractors, ensuring effective and reliable collaboration
• Ensuring efficient, economical, and customer-oriented operational management
• Care and development of relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a high level of service
• Continuous development of our processes, structures, and operating methods
• Promotion of open and transparent communication within the organization and towards customers and partners
• Support for various business areas in strategic matters
• Active participation in Operations projects and initiatives at group level
• Identification of potential areas for improvement and sustainable implementation of related optimization measures

Your profile
You are a person with experience in team management and possess a solid understanding of processes, people, and business dynamics.
Required requirements:

• Basic training or continuous training in the economic-business field and several years of experience in personnel management
• Experience in the transport and logistics sector
• Excellent understanding of processes, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured work approach, oriented towards solutions and results
• Ability to motivate, develop, and involve employees towards common goals
• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at all organizational levels
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and German, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage
