For our client in Richterswil, we are looking for a reliable and conscientious buyer/dispatcher (all). This is a direct permanent position that can be started immediately. Tasks: • Purchase of materials and commercial goods • Responsibility for material supply and inventory management • Creation and maintenance of framework agreements as well as management of production orders • Analysis and optimization of the purchasing and dispatching processes • Support of requirements planning based on forecasts • Checking and approval of supplier invoices • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments such as production and logistics • Participation in the supervision of apprentices in purchasing Requirements: • Completed commercial and/or technical training • Further education in purchasing or as a technical buyer/clerk • at least 5 years of professional experience in purchasing/dispatching • Experience in the procurement of technical goods • very good German and English skills • very good MS-Office skills The responsible person will subsequently contact you in writing or by telephone within one week.
