• You regularly perform quality controls at various sites and ensure compliance with our cleaning standards
• You train, support, and accompany employees in their daily work
• You promote and develop employees professionally
• You plan assignments and support the organization of smooth operational processes
• You ensure consistent compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• You look after customers on-site, take on their concerns, and ensure a high quality of service
• You identify potential for optimization and implement improvement measures in a targeted manner
• You perform administrative tasks and support the operational managers in daily business
• You have experience in the cleaning industry, ideally in a quality assurance or leadership role
• You are familiar with the requirements of maintenance, basic, and glass cleaning. You work independently, reliably, and with high quality standards
• You enjoy supporting, guiding, and developing employees
• You convince through your communicative manner, your organizational talent, and your customer orientation. Training in the field of housekeeping, facility management, cleaning, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
• You communicate confidently in German; further language skills are welcome
• You have good user knowledge of common office programs as well as a category B driver's license
