Job description Main mission of the function: • Technical development of new products, design and monitoring of technical files. • Management of transversal R\&D projects; watchmaking and movement. Task description: • Management of transversal projects: • Watchmaking • Mechanical and quartz movements • Data management system (PLM) • Development of innovative concepts in partnership with our different entities of Swatch Group • Development of new products: cases, dials, hands, and bracelets in collaboration with the different departments of Longines and our external partners • Realization and management of technical files during the product life cycle • Technical support to the different departments of Longines Profile You hold a degree in engineering HES or equivalent. You have complementary training as a project manager and confirmed experience (5 to 10 years) in a similar position. Field experience in the industrialization and/or manufacturing of watch components. Very good mastery of 3D and 2D CAD as well as mastery of the "Catia" software is essential. Mastery of finite element simulation, Abaqus-Forge as well as PLM 3DExperience from Dassault Systèmes is an asset. Good knowledge of RDM.
