In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for passionate and committed collaborators to join our mission of welcoming and accompanying blind and visually impaired people with intellectual disabilities and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders. To strengthen our teams in adult accommodation, we are looking for Veilleurs occasionnels (H/F) in CDI Your missions and responsibilities: Ensure active watching from 21:00 to 7:00 Be responsible for security, support, and the administration of care. Your profile: Have the Red Cross health auxiliary certificate with medical or paramedical training or solid practical experience in a hospital or institutional setting Show a strong interest in accompanying visually impaired people, people in situations of intellectual disability and/or presenting autism spectrum disorders, as well as for night work Be able to work alone by demonstrating a great capacity to analyze unforeseen events. We offer: Training related to the specific needs of the persons to be assisted Possibility to benefit from additional supervision and intervision Working conditions according to the CCT Social Vaud.
