Your Impact Consulting and accompanying organizations in the BORS environment (police, fire department, rescue services, civil protection, management staff, authorities) on strategic, organizational and operational issues. Leadership and control of projects and transformation projects in the BORS environment, especially in cross-organizational constellations with high demands on coordination, reliability and impact. Your Skill Set Several years of experience (around 5 years or more) in consulting and/or project management - ideally in the public sector, BORS environment or in state-related organizations (see our core industries). In-depth understanding of the BORS environment and its specific challenges, processes and stakeholder groups, as well as a strong network with the ability to use it specifically for market development, acquisition and positioning of CSP in the security and BORS environment. An academic degree at university or university of applied sciences level is an advantage, but not a requirement. What matters are specialist knowledge, experience and proven impact in practice. Affinity to digitization, IT and artificial intelligence as well as interest in their application in the public environment. Experience in conceptual, strategic, advisory and operational activities, e.g. in moderating workshops, creating target group-specific analyzes and reports, as well as developing strategies and implementation roadmaps.
