Building maintenance technician (a) 100 % \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations \- Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations \- Manage maintenance and upkeep activities \- Take charge of various requests and small repairs. \- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and purchase orders \- Supervise and monitor the execution of work by commissioned companies \- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the different sectors \- Administrative tasks (GMAO, dispatching, etc...) \- Manage small repair projects \- Ensure the on-call service (1 week / 5) \- ES technician diploma, CFC or federal certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or a diploma deemed equivalent \- Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management or in the technical field \- Driver's license \- French language (B2/C1) \- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office) \- Strong customer orientation, team spirit and flexibility
