• You monitor, maintain, and optimize various building technical systems
• You independently carry out maintenance, repairs, rectifications, and troubleshooting and ensure their timely execution
• You carry out regular control rounds and inspections and document the results carefully
• You process incoming work orders efficiently and on time while complying with the agreed quality and performance goals
• You coordinate and procure the material required for daily operations
• You ensure professional disposal and sustainable recycling management
• You perform winter services as well as on-call duties and ensure smooth operations
• You complete administrative tasks such as creating reports, processing checklists, and maintaining relevant documentation

What you bring with you

• You have completed training as a Specialist in Facility Management EFZ or a comparable training
• Ideally, you already have experience in caretaker services and garden maintenance
• You have good German skills in speaking and writing
• You are proficient in using MS Office and quickly familiarize yourself with new programs
• You are characterized by a structured, careful, and independent way of working
• You convince with a strong customer and service orientation
• You possess a driving license of category B
• You have a clean criminal record extract
