12 months temporary with option for longer Building Technician / Caretaker (m/f/d) Your tasks Ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the assigned properties Carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work on technical systems Monitoring heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, and electrical systems Rectifying minor malfunctions and carrying out simple repairs Coordination and supervision of external trade and service providers Care and maintenance of buildings, outdoor areas, and common areas Carrying out safety and functional inspections Winter service as well as ensuring cleanliness and order on the premises Documentation of maintenance work and reporting of damage or defects Contact person for tenants, users, and clients regarding technical issues Your profile Completed technical or manual vocational training (e.g., electrical engineering, sanitary, heating, building technology, or comparable) Further training as a caretaker with federal professional certificate is an advantage Several years of professional experience in technical building management or facility management Good manual skills as well as technical understanding Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working Customer-oriented and friendly appearance Good German skills in speaking and writing
