In the Human Resources department at Hirslanden in Bern, we are looking for an extroverted specialist who can significantly shape and advance our organization in a challenging labor market with commitment. The recruitment team in HR is responsible for personnel acquisition for Hirslanden in Bern. Specifically for our three inpatient clinics Beau-Site, Permanence and Salem-Spital, for the competence center for sports medicine Medical Center Wankdorf, the outpatient surgical center OPERA Bern and central specialist departments in hospital administration at several locations in Bern.

YOUR TASKS

• You ensure effective and efficient personnel acquisition of specialist and management staff and accompany the entire recruitment process -- from job publication up to and including personnel onboarding
• You advise and accompany managers at all hierarchical levels competently and work with them in a partnership
• You lead a small team (two recruitment partners and one intern) and develop it continuously
• You shape the regional employer presence in close cooperation with the Marketing department
• You further develop the recruitment processes in a future-oriented manner and ensure a positive Candidate Experience -- in close cooperation with local HR and the central HR Services in the Corporate Office Zürich

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a tertiary degree (Uni, FH, HF) in business administration, psychology or comparable with further training in HR and a focus on personnel recruitment
• Furthermore, you bring sound HR professional experience with a proven track record in the entire recruitment process and in personnel marketing
• You have also already gained experience in the professional and personal leadership of qualified specialist staff
• As a person, you are characterized by sociability, empathy, high service orientation and organizational talent
• Your German skills are very good orally and in writing, English also poses no trouble for you and you are highly proficient in the application of common MS Office programs; knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors is an advantage
