Your tasks * Setting up, operating and monitoring production and filling systems * Ensuring an efficient and disturbance-free production process * Troubleshooting and performing minor maintenance work * Carrying out and documenting quality controls * Cleaning and maintaining the production systems as well as complying with hygiene and safety standards * Deputizing for the Production Department Management in their absence * Supporting the organization, coordination and leadership of the production team * Participating in the improvement of processes, systems and workflows Your profile * Training as a plant operator, food or dairy technologist or comparable qualification or professional experience in a similar function * Technical understanding and interest in modern production systems * High awareness of quality, hygiene and safety * Good PC skills * Good physical condition as well as a reliable, precise and independent way of working * Team-oriented personality with leadership potential or initial leadership experience * German: proficient Perspectives In this role, you can specifically apply your technical understanding in a stable and future-oriented environment.
