Office Assistant Administration & Customer Support (50%) Sorgenti GmbH is an established Swiss wholesale company focusing on coffee and complementary products for gastronomy and business customers. We support and supply our customers throughout Switzerland. Personal customer service, reliability, and uncomplicated cooperation are at our center. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a friendly, communicative, and organized personality at a workload of 50 %. Your tasks: • Telephone and written support and advice for our customers • Receipt and processing of customer orders • Complete order and procurement processing • Advising our customers on our assortment • Recording and maintenance of customer and order data • Processing of e-mails and general correspondence • Coordination and alignment with warehouse and logistics • General administrative and organizational office work • Support of the team in daily business Your profile: + Experience in the administrative or commercial sector is an advantage • Experience in sales and customer consulting is an advantage • Enjoyment of personal and telephone customer contact • Friendly, communicative, and service-oriented personality • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working • Good organizational skills • Confident handling of computers and common office applications • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing • Further language skills, especially Italian or French, are an advantage • Teamwork skills and an uncomplicated, solution-oriented way of working What we offer: • A workload of 50 % distributed from Monday to Friday. • Working hours take place alternately in the morning and in the afternoon. • Varied activity in administration, customer support, and order processing • Direct contact with our customers • Independent work with responsibility • Short decision-making paths and uncomplicated structures • A collegial and personal working environment
