Cleanroom Production Worker

For our customer in the Lenzburg region, we are looking for motivated personalities who want to embark on a path into the world of cleanrooms. We are looking for a: Cleanroom Production Worker 100% Activities: \- Processing of production batches according to the valid work instruction and under high cleanroom conditions. \- Maintaining and increasing productivity with minimal effort and costs. \- Contribution to a safe and friendly working environment by following regulations for safety, discipline, and order, as well as appropriate personal responsibility. \- Carrying out daily checks on the machines according to instructions and regulations. \- Additional tasks according to instructions from the shift supervisor. \- Recording of production data. \- Verification of measured values for statistical process control (SPC) Qualifications Your profile • \- Experience in a production environment- Completed apprenticeship or comparable schooling \- Several years of experience in a production environment is an advantage- German language skills in speaking and writing at least level A2, English language skills are an advantage (not a requirement) \- Experience in participating in problem-solving \- Experience with L6S (or similar) is an advantage \- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work under cleanroom conditions and flexibly in one or two shifts. • Working hours: Work is carried out in 2 shifts.
