Construction Manager: Building Construction

Your tasks ###

• Independent management and coordination of construction projects from execution preparation to handover
• Control and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
• Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers and other project participants
• Participation in tenders, awards and works contracts
• Organization and control of construction site processes
• Professional support for clients and buyers
• Accompanying inspections, defect rectification and warranty work

What you bring ###

Both experienced construction managers and junior profiles are welcome.

• You have a construction technology background
• You enjoy coordinating projects and people
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner
• You maintain an overview even when several topics converge on the construction site at the same time
