In our Facility Management team, you are responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and preservation of our buildings and ensure logistics. You are responsible for organizing and executing smaller relocations. You work in building logistics (delivery and distribution of goods and furniture). You prepare the premises and AV technology for events, including cleaning up. Your competencies You have completed training in the field of maintenance, janitorial services, or a technical basic training EFZ and have corresponding professional experience in facility management. You are IT-affine and can operate building control systems independently. You are characterized by your structured and efficient work as well as your organizational skills. You have good IT user skills, especially in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel). You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking. You possess a driver's license category B.
