Metrology Technician (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Purchasing, Support and Infrastructure division, we are looking for a Metrology Technician (M/F) whose main mission will be to perform metrological verifications and ensure the corrective maintenance of measuring equipment for a defined scope, taking into account all tasks, the status, and the evolution of needs.

Responsibilities ##

• Perform precise and methodical calibrations of instruments and measuring equipment according to current standards, aiming for continuous improvement of processes
• Take charge of the corrective maintenance of measuring devices, by diagnosing and resolving malfunctions to minimize production downtime
• Participate in the acquisition and integration of new measuring equipment, ensuring their suitability with technical and operational requirements
• Ensure technical documentation, the formalization of work procedures, and the capitalization of knowledge, thereby contributing to the sustainability of expertise
• Develop synergies with the services (industrialization, buildings & infrastructure, IT and security, safety and environment) in an efficient manner
• Scrupulously ensure compliance with internal directives in the performance of assigned missions, reflecting the brand's image of excellence

Profile ##

• Degree in physical measurements, quality or equivalent, ES or HES Technician
• Experience appreciated in the management of measuring equipment
• Mastery in the management of a fleet of measuring equipment
• Ease in writing uncertainty reports and certificates, reading plans and applying ISO standards
• Knowledge in the field of industrial electricity and mechanics
• Team spirit, sociability and excellent communication
• Ability to synthesize, rigor and technical curiosity
• Autonomy and ability to take initiatives
• Flexibility and alignment with the company's values
