Spitex Zimmerberg AG, as a non-profit organization, is responsible for the care, advice, supervision, and support of people of various age groups who are dependent on external help due to health restrictions. We enable the residents of Adliswil, Thalwil, Kilchberg, Rüschlikon and Langnau am Albis to live an independent life in their familiar environment. Spitex Zimmerberg AG has around 160 employees, distributed across four locations, and is thus one of the largest Spitex organizations in the Canton of Zürich.

Nursing Specialist HF/FH 50-60%

Your tasks

• Needs assessments according to interRAI-HC
• Independent, self-responsible care and supervision of clients
• Assumption of case management
• Assessment of nursing needs and nursing effort
• Creation, adaptation, and evaluation of nursing documentation according to interRAI-HC
• Carry out and document interventions according to nursing planning
• Conducting advisory consultations
• Continuous review of the quality and effectiveness of nursing care
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors, hospitals, homes, and other specialist centers

Requirement profile

• a completed training (HF/FH)
• professional, independent way of working
• broad professional experience
• social competence, resilience
• flexibility, especially regarding assignment times
• good PC skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
