Toggweiler is a laboratory for medical analyses in the Zurich region and a member of the Sonic Suisse network of local laboratories. Your mission with us Become part of our dedicated team at the Toggweiler laboratory and help shape the future of our leading and innovative company in this key role. How you will act in this role • Leading the BMA team (20 employees) • Independent performance of analytics in a polyvalent laboratory (Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Immunohematology, Serology, Immunology) • Technical validation and result interpretation Responsibility for organizational matters • Ensuring the required staffing levels in consultation with the department head • Planning and organization of the workflow and workstation distribution • Cooperative collaboration with laboratories of the Sonic Suisse Group • Introduction of new devices as well as method evaluation What you bring with you • Completed training as a Biomedical Analyst (with foreign diploma, SRK recognition) and completed further training in personnel management or several years of leadership experience • Experience in a polyvalent laboratory/hospital laboratory and in personnel management • Enjoyment of organization and management and active technical further development • Sense of responsibility, teamwork, flexibility • Readiness for Saturday shifts • Very good German skills • Dynamic, resilient, and open personality What you can look forward to • Varied and demanding activity • You have the opportunity to attend current seminars and courses.
