Job description Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the établissements médico-sociaux (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These accommodate 91 and 84 residents respectively. Approximately 100 employees per institution are employed there. To complete the care team of the EMS Saint-Loup, we are looking for: An assistant in community nursing and health care (ASSC) at 90 % Mission and responsibilities: Serving the institutional project, the person is responsible for providing residents with personalized care, of a preventive, curative, rehabilitative and palliative nature, adapted to their physical and mental state. He/She participates, through their skills, in the care and support process defined with the resident and, if applicable, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, the treating physician and the multidisciplinary team.
