Apprenticeship as Specialist in Hotel Management and Housekeeping EFZ or Housekeeping Practitioner

What you will learn with us

• General cleaning work
• Laundry supply and laundry ordering
• Caring for guests and taking over service
• Receiving and processing feedback and information from guests
• Supporting the kitchen team
• Implementation of operational processes and compliance with work quality requirements
• Decorating rooms and premises

• Completed school education (Sekundarschule A or B) with good academic performance
• Great willingness to learn and sense of responsibility
• Empathy and patience as well as interest in interacting with our guests
• Helpful, sociable and team-oriented, with a strong sense of care and conscientiousness
• Well-groomed appearance, good manners as well as hygiene awareness and sense of order
• Creativity and an eye for detail
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Joy in versatile challenges and practical work
• Good German skills in speaking and writing

Your apprenticeship starts with an exciting induction day. In the second year of training, our apprentices participate in the Tertianum Summer Camp. We celebrate the completion of the apprenticeship with a proper graduation ceremony.
