Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Team Leader 70 - 100% Your tasks: You manage a nursing team of around 20 employees personally and organizationally. In this role, you create the duty rosters and take responsibility for the deployment plans. You recruit, support, assess, and promote the employees. You lead meetings and participate in projects and working groups. You share responsibility for the implementation of strategic and operational goals. You regularly perform nursing tours yourself so that you are close to the action and know what moves your team. Ideally, you take on vocational training tasks at the secondary level (FaGe, AGS). Your profile: You have professional and leadership experience in a similar environment. You have completed at least one training as a Fachperson Gesundheit FaGe. You work solution-, process-, and result-oriented. You have business administration knowledge. An appreciative, empathetic, and motivating manner is important to you. The Spitex Gäu is the largest Spitex organization in the Canton of Solothurn and provides professional and comprehensive nursing and care at home on behalf of the municipalities of Egerkingen, Gunzgen, Härkingen, Kappel, Neuendorf, Niederbuchsiten, Oberbuchsiten and Oensingen. In addition to basic outpatient care, we provide specialized services in the areas of Palliative and Demenz Care, psychiatry and wound consultation. Further services such as care, foot care and driving service round off our range of services.
