At an innovative technology company for demanding industrial projects, you will take overall responsibility for finance, controlling, HR, and administration as part of the management team.

Main tasks ####

• Overall responsibility for finance, controlling, HR, and administration
• Co-shaping strategic and operational business development
• Direct management of accounting, controlling, and liquidity planning
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of several teams
• Driver role in digitalization and AI implementation

Requirements profile ####

• Completed degree in business administration or federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Several years of leadership experience in the commercial area of an SME
• Sound knowledge of accounting (OR, Swiss GAAP FER), controlling, and liquidity planning, as well as experience in personnel administration
• Proficient German, English is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong communication skills
