Your tasks:

• Personnel and professional leadership of the nursing team for 14 guests
• Responsible for the organization of ward processes, implementation of work processes and duty scheduling with Polypoint PEP
• Assumption of tasks as day responsibility
• Planning and leading of team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports
• Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process
• Assumption of tasks as a topic carrier for a specialist topic and thus participation in the group-wide network for nursing quality
• Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann FH/HF/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK
• Professional and leadership experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Professional experience in dealing with people with dementia is desired or interest in further training in this area
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing,
• French language skills are an advantage
