Your tasks <br /> • Prepare and protocol interrogations • Prepare indictments and closing arguments • Statements in complaint, appeal, and detention proceedings • Correspondence with parties and third parties • Draft production, discontinuation, and non-commencement orders • Analyze reports and evidence including preparing proposals for further action • Demanding legal clarifications <br /> Your profile A prerequisite for a legal internship is the successful completion of a master's degree in law. You are interested in criminal law and criminal procedure law, possess quick comprehension skills, and are characterized by a structured and efficient way of working. In addition, you are resilient and flexible. Due to your communicative and open nature, you find it easy to integrate into a team. Your native language is German with a stylistically confident expression. We offer you As an intern at the Public Prosecutor's Office for Economic Crimes, you will work in close cooperation with the public prosecutors to process significant cases of economic crime in the Canton of Bern. The focus is on the investigation of property crimes (embezzlement, breach of trust, fraud, document and bankruptcy offenses, money laundering, etc.). During the internship, you will have the opportunity both to participate partially and in depth in complex and extensive investigations and to fully accompany less demanding proceedings.
