Assistant Physician (f/m/d) inpatient Nephrology 80-100%

Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks The focus of your activity includes the care of patients who are hospitalized in the Clinic for Nephrology and, due to the joint inpatient care, also in the Clinic for Gastroenterology and Hepatology. You will learn the care of patients with chronic and acute kidney diseases and dialysis patients, patients on the waiting list for a kidney or liver transplant, patients after kidney or liver transplant, patients with chronic and acute intestinal, liver, pancreas and bile duct diseases as well as patients with complex endoscopic procedures and gastrointestinal bleeding. You have the opportunity to perform sonographies on the inpatient patients and to learn and subsequently independently perform ascites and pleural punctures. You participate in rounds with our senior physicians as well as reports, interdisciplinary X-ray discussions and tumor boards. Ward care is regulated in a three-shift system. Your profile You are committed and respectful interaction with patients and employees is a matter of course for you. The position is particularly suitable for motivated colleagues with at least 2 years of professional experience in inpatient Internal Medicine at a training center of category B or higher. For candidates with a foreign medical diploma, recognition by MEBEKO is a prerequisite. Excellent German skills are required. Candidates with later interest in a training position for nephrology are also addressed.
