Sales Advisor: Floor Products (m/f/d), 100%
Your tasks:
Professional telephone customer consulting and active sales of our products
Receiving and processing inquiries and orders by phone, email or through our online shop
Order processing from procurement to calculation to deadline control
Administrative support for the field service and processing of complaints
Responsible for a partial assortment including warehouse management and marketing
Personal consulting of our customers in the state-of-the-art showroom
Your skills:
You have successfully completed training as a floor layer, interior decorator or carpenter
You have already worked in a comparable position with commercial tasks (sales processing / customer consulting)
You have stylistically correct German language skills
You quickly find access to our customers thanks to your good communication skills and pronounced customer orientation
You are resilient, have a good organizational sense and are used to managing multiple tasks at the same time
