Real Estate Management Assistant 60-100% (m/f/d)

Introduction

Do you want to manage real estate independently and maintain direct contact with tenants and owners?

For our client, an established company in the real estate industry, we are looking for a committed and independent personality as Mitarbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung 60-100% (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for a diverse real estate portfolio and actively contribute to successful management.

Tasks

• Co-responsibility for the management of a portfolio of rental and condominium properties
• Contact person for tenants, owners, caretakers, craftsmen and external partners
• Organization and execution of rental activities as well as ensuring the preservation of value of the properties
• Handling of all administrative tasks from contract management to apartment inspections and handovers
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and renovation work
• Preparation, execution and recording of minutes of condominium owner meetings
• Support with heating and service charge settlements as well as annual financial statements and other accounting tasks

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Further training in the real estate sector, ideally with an eidg. Fachausweis
• Experience in the management of rental and condominium property
• Confident handling of common real estate management programs is an advantage
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong communication personality with high service orientation
• Organizational talent, assertiveness as well as strong social competence
