For the Salem Spital we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann with the willingness and interest to work a higher percentage during the winter months (approx. October to March) and to perform fewer assignments in the summer months as a result. Your working time will be planned over the year -- this allows us a more flexible annual planning depending on patient volume. The workload would be on average approximately 40-60% over the year.

YOUR TASKS

• Taking over and performing professional nursing and care of patients on the medical/orthopedic department according to our nursing mission statement
• Assessment of nursing situations, adequate reaction in acute situations, seamless maintenance of nursing documentation as well as recording of all services provided
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with our attending physicians and other areas
• Participation in the daily rounds of the attending physicians to ensure a good flow of information
• Active participation in projects and support of the department management as well as the entire team to ensure the best possible nursing quality
• Assistance in the supervision of trainees

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann
• Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in an acute hospital
• Good German skills as well as ease in handling the computer are required
